In Surprise, AZ near West Hearn Road and North 160th Avenue performing routine seasonal maintenance on 2 Goodman furnaces. Upon arrival, removed and cleaned flame sensors and reinstalled. Cleaned out burners and furnace cabinets. Checked gas and flue piping. Cycled furnaces on. Checked back pressure safety switches. Checked all safeties and limit switches. Checked volt and amp draws. Changed return air filters and checked splits. Control boards are showing no issues. I would recommend upgrading both systems due to old age and use of R22 Freon. Upon departure, both systems running properly and within manufacturer specifications.
