Added plumbers tape on all threaded parts to prevent leakage. Unit is working properly with no leaks present upon departure.

In Tempe, near East Dawn Drive and South Forest Avenue performing a diagnostic on a Goodman compressor. I found that capacitor was out of specifications and outdoor motor was seized. I replaced run capacitor and reconnected to existing hard start kit. Unit is up and running properly upon departure.
In Tempe, near East Dawn Drive and South Forest Avenue performing a diagnostic on a Goodman unit. Found that run capacitor is out of manufacturer specification, so I replaced with new 35/5 capacitor and reconnected existing hard start kit. Upon departure, unit is working properly.
In Tempe, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- On arrival, found system running, but not cooling properly. Found system low on charge: 2 pounds of R22 Freon. Also, compressor is high amping, rated at 25.0/actual is 24.02. Capacitor is in specification. Customer refused leak check because he has home warranty. If the problem happens again, he will call them to do the leak search. Service complete.

Freon levels all are good. Unit is running proper at this time. Acid washed outdoor coil and rinsed. Changed return air filter. Splits: Return 79/Supply 60. Service complete.
In Tempe, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- On arrival, found outdoor fan motor soaked in oil and over amping. Installed new 1/5 horse 825 motor with new 60/440 capacitor and new 7.5/440 capacitor. Cycled system back on and Freon levels were slightly down. Added 2 pounds of R22 Freon. Upon departure, system is running in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Service complete.

Noticed one pump inoperable due to heavy calcium buildup. Adjusted floats and motor belts. Cleaned distribution tubes. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Another unit, found distribution tubes needing to be cleaned. Morehart AC to return and perform services for 4 coolers and replace a belt over shop. Also replace an over flow kit to prevent leaking as well as replacing float.
