In Wittmann, near West Patton Road and North Douglas Ranch Road performing a diagnostic on an inoperable heat pump. Upon arrival, found controls had caught fire due to wiring overheating. Replaced capacitor, starting relay, contactor, fixed burnt wiring, and added new 30A time delay fuses to disconnect box. Ultimately, due to age and Freon type in system...I would recommend upgrading system in the next few years. System is working properly upon departure.
In Wittmann, near West Peak View Road and North 205th Avenue performing a diagnostic on duct work due to lack of air flow on one side of house. Found that duct work is all hard and indoor coil is dirty. My recommendation to customer is to have the indoor coil cleaned and think about upgrading current system.
