Upon arrival technician spoke with customer. The customer stated that she had water dripping from her drywall approximately 6 inches away from the showerhead. The technician removed the showerhead facing and inspected inside the wall and found that there is a good amount of water on the inside of the wall. The customer would like to go in the back of the wall in order to repair, this way the customer could put in a access panel. The customer expressed that she would like Charlie to come out and repair the damage and then put in an access panel.
