Upon arrival the technician spoke with the customer. The customer stated that the system was not working and she recently found out that the system is actually frozen and she wanted to know why. The technician stated that there could be a number of reasons why the system is freezing up, the technician will not know until he can check the pressures of the system. The technician checked the filters and found that those filters were dirty which could be bringing the airflow down to below the minimum. Which could cause the system to freeze up. But the technician needs to come back and check the refrigerant to make sure that the system is not leaking any refrigerant. Technician will return tomorrow Upon technicians return the technician found that the systems blower motor is having intermittent issues, currently the blower motor is not working and will not power back on. Most likely this is due to a power surge, due to the fact that the system has specific wiring the technician is unable t
