Upon arrival technician found that the system is a carrier system from 2019 with an ECM modulating motor. The ECM modulating motor has failed, the technician tested all settings of the motor, none of the motor is working currently. FCM modulating motor will need to be replaced. The technician Called carrier and carrier stated that they don’t have any of these motors in the region, so the motor will need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, we can either have it shipped between seven and 10 business days or one to two business days depending on if the customer would like to pay the extra shipping fee of $60.The customer spoke with his wife and stated that he would message Us whenever he made a decision.

Upon arrival of the technician found that the contactor had failed. The contactor paddles were not making a proper connection, the technician replaced the failed contactor. System working properly at this time.

Upon arrival the technician Performed a seasonal heating safety inspection. The technician checked over all the safeties on the heating system, all safeties working properly at this time. The technician looked over the blower motor, the blower motor is a little dusty but for the most part clean. The technician looked at the flame sensor and found that the flame sensor had been cleaned recently. Sometime for maintenance has been done recently to the system, unsure of how soon it was. For the most part the system does look good, but the system is a 10-year-old system and is on its way out. The customer had questions about putting in an in-line blower, technician would not recommend an in-line blower to to the fact that it would only heat up the cool air just to move it faster to the rooms. The technician would recommend replacing the system with a 18 seer system, along with ductwork and zoning. Or at the very minimum adding zoning into the system in order to control the upstairs temper

Upon arrival technician found that the primary drain line for the upstairs was clogged. Texas blew out the primary drain line with the blow out valve. System draining properly at this time.

Upon arrival technician found that the compressor has sorted out, even with a hard start kit the compressor has the right amount of power but will not start. The compressor or condenser will need to be replaced. The replacement part should be covered under the manufacturers warranty, but the labor warranty is up so the customer will need to pay for the labor.

Upon arrival the technician spoke with the customer, the customer explained that her master bedroom is not getting enough airflow and it’s getting too hot. The technician checked the temperatures and found that the whole house has a 17° difference with a 15° in the master bedroom along with the master bathroom and closet. Upon further inspection the technician found that the system is working properly but the ductwork on this System is not routed correctly, so the master bedroom bathroom and closet do not get adequate airflow due to the fact that the dust that it comes off of has around five Y’s completely cutting down the airflow to around 30%. The technician also found that the windows are single pane and the temperature on the window is around 100°F. This is causing the house to heat up when the AC shut off. The technician recommends replacement of the ductwork in order to get the proper amount of airflow to the rooms, also recommends replacement of the windows in order to ke

Upon arrival technician replaced the field 1/3 hp 1075 RPM blower motor. System working properly at this time.

Upon arrival of the technician found that the blower motor was not coming on. The technician checked and found that the system had a failed capacitor. The technician replaced the failed capacitor. The technician put the system back together and turn the system on, system is now working properly at the time. The technician believes that this unit is on its way out the door especially the furnace, the blower motor doesn’t sound too good, even though it’s not over Amping. The system is completely rusty and deteriorating, the system is from 2002 of October.

Upon arrival technician found that the 45 x 5 capacitor had failed. The technician replace the 45 x 5 capacitor. System working properly at this time.

Upon arrival the technician inspected the AC unit. The technician began in the attic, the technician checked the evaporator coil and found a leak on the suction line and a leak on the TXV Both inside the coil. The technician checked the refrigerant levels and found that the system is low on 410 a refrigerant. The evaporator coil will need to be replaced.

Upon arrival technician found that the system is clogged with dirt, which is causing the system to be too hot and cannot cool the house properly. The system needs to be cleaned. Currently the system is working properly but as the day gets hotter it will continue to get worse.

Upon arrival the technician performed a preseason AC inspection. The technician started in the attic with replacement of the filter. And inspected the furnace, the drain lines, and the coil. The technician Then moved onto the outside unit, checked the electrical and the refrigerant, system working properly at this time. During the preseason AC inspection the technician inspected the hot water heater. The technician found that one of the flex lines of the water heater is currently leaking over the water heater. And causing rust buildup on top of the water heater. The technician spoke with the customer, and the customer notified the technician that the hot water heater has been draining out of the bottom of the house for the past three months. The technician called the office and is having joe come out to give them options on replacement. Filter size 20 x 25 x 4
