Upon arrival the technician performed a realtor inspection. The technician found that the evaporator coil in the attic has an issue with the condensation coming off the coil, The condensation that is coming off the coil is trickling down to TX RV and building up inside the insulation on the units paneling, going down the paneling and then building up in a crevice where the panel sits. This is caused the crevice to rust away, which is allowing water to drip outside of the unit and onto the drain pan, which is rusting out the drain pan. A technician also found while he was in the attic that the emergency shut off valve on the hot water heater is currently leaking water. The leak is a very very slow leak, but overtime can of course do damage. The technician would recommend replacement of the emergency shut off valve. The technician then went outside and connected his gauges to the system, the technician found that the coil is at 32.7°F, the coil should be at least at 45° or at most 55
