Upon arrival technician performed a tankless water heater flush. Using haymakers water heater cleaning solution the technician was able to remove tiny particulates from the tankless water heater. Tankless water heater clear and working properly at this time.
Upon arrival technician replace the circuitboard. After replacement of the circuit board the thermostatic control was flashing 11 and making a beeping noise. Charles believes that the igniter may be out as well. We will have to get a new igniter and return.
Upon arrival the technician found that the secondary bathroom Shower has a cartridge that is blocked by debris. The technician removed and replaced the cartridge, shower and properly at this time. The technician also took off the showerhead and re-Teflon the showerhead. Customer is looking forward to having water heater flushed after they make room in the garage.

Upon arrival technician found a failed 45 x 5 capacitor. The technician spoke with the customer and informed them that the capacitor failed due to the system over Epping, and the system is clogged with dirt and debris. The technician recommended a hard start kit and cleaning the unit as well as replacing her capacitor. Customer agreed. The technician cleaned the outdoor unit, installed surge protector, and replaced the hard start kit. System working properly at this time.
Upon arrival of the technician switched out a 50 MFD capacitor. And installed a hard start kit. System working properly at this time.
Upon rival the technician spoke with the customer, the customer informed the technician that he has a dryer vent that needs to be reconnected and a valve on his fridge that needs to be repaired. The technician was able to repair the dryer vent. And sent pictures to the manager to get a quote for the valve. Dryer working properly at this time
Upon arrival technician found the sink is indeed still loose. The technician tightened up the bolt at the bottom of the sink. sink is not moving at this time.
Upon arrival of the technician spoke with a customer, the customer explained that he had a hose bib he needed replaced outside near the driveway, his sink needed to be tightened from the stem bolt, and he had two showerheads that need to be replaced. The technician acquired the hose bib and began all the work. The technician replaced the hose bib, and replaced the washer on the hose. The technician reconnected the hose to the hose bib and tested the hose bib. Hose bib working properly at this time. The technician then went under the sink and tightened the sink bolt. The sink is not moving at this time. The technician then went and replaced both showerheads with new water pick showerheads. Both showerheads working properly at this time.
Upon arrival technician found that the toilet is flowing slowly. The technicianâ€™s best recommendation is to remove the toilet and run a snake to clear out the line. The tenant informed technician that he will speak to the homeowner.
Upon arrival technician found that the sink is clogged. Technician used The medium snake to clear the obstruction. Obstruction cleared at this time. sink draining properly at this time
Remove the existing Natural Gas Furnace and install a brand new American Standard Natural Gas Furnace. 10 Year Parts warranty/ 3 Year Labor warranty.
Upon arrival technician found that the heat exchanger is cracked on the first tear. This is allowing air to enter the chamber and blow the flame back, causing the rollout switches to trigger. Furnace needs to be replaced.
Upon arrival the technician inspected the system, the technician found the system is currently working properly. From the explanation that the customer gave me, the technician is determined that the customer is having a intermediate issue. The system is currently not having the issue. System working properly at this time.
