Upon arrival technician found that the system was frozen over. Technician inspected the filter and found that the filter was clogged. Considering the system is completely frozen over the technician won’t be able to check the pressures to ensure that the system is working properly. So the technician will have to come back out on Friday to turn the system back on and check the pressures, the customer asked if the pressures were low if we could recharge the system. The technician explained to the customer that it depends on the size of the leak. And other information that I need to collect when the system is not frozen over.
