Upon arrival technician found that the system had a compressor lockout. The compressor lockout is tripping the breaker. The technician reset the breaker, after the five minutes of the Generac delay, the system came on for two seconds and instantly kicked the breaker back off. The compressor lockout caused the hard start kit to blow its seal. Condenser and coil will need to be replaced at the same time considering the system is an R 22 system.
