The inspector stated that a few items need to be taken care of including the fact that the water heater on the left was not lighting. The air conditioning systems needed to be inspected and serviced, having the drain line blown out. As well as the back flow preventer’s on the hose bibs on either side of the house need to be repaired. the technician first checked the water heater ensuring that the water heater would light, after several unsuccessful attempts the water heater finally lit, the technician set the water heater to warm. Upon arrival technician found that the primary drain line was clogged which was causing a drip into the secondary drain pan. After leaving the drain pan the secondary line goes over the attic to the backside of the house and sits above the soffit. The water coming out of this drain line is just dripping onto the soffit. Due to the fact that upon repainting and sealing the home, someone came in and sealed the secondary drain line hole. So now the water has nowhere to go and it’s just sitting in the soffit dropping out of cracks. The technician who are the primary drain line.
