The guys that put in the new evap core did not refill the system so we went through the weekend without air conditioning. Having said that, Laura and Sara were great to work with throughout the process.
Charles came out to fix our air conditioner he was very knowledgeable Courteous and not at all pushy.. I would definitely recommend
Upon arrival technician found that the primary drain line was clogged. The technician blew out the primary drain line. System working properly at the time.
Upon arrival technician found that the system was low on 410 a refrigerant. The technician charge the system with 410 a refrigerant. System working properly at this time.
Upon rival the technician found that the system is low on our 410 a refrigerant. Upon further investigation the technician found that the leak is inside the evap coil. The evap coil will need to be replaced by the home warranty company.
Roofer was here at same time I was apparently they have some damage to roof they will have to fix first provided estimates

Cut open wall and cap where ptrap was supposed to be. Customer had tee with street 90 instead of proper ptrap. Causing extreme sewer gas smell. If issue persist will have to go under home and see what else could be broke
Customer is checking financing and will make decision. Checked up stairs furnace with sniffer did not find and leaks
Upon arrival technician found that the home is leaking out 0.17 GPM. Upon entering the home the technician found that the leak loss was coming through the toilet from the fill valve. The fill valve needs to be replaced. The homeowner stated that she has replaced one before, And will be replacing this one on her own.
Upon arrival the technician found that the condenser was on but the compressor was not. The technician opened up the condenser and found that the capacitor has been bloated. The technician replaced the failed capacitor with a new capacitor. System working properly at this time.
Upon arrival the technician found that the 50 x 5 capacitor for the condenser of the upstairs unit had failed. The technician replaced a 50 x 5 capacitor. System working properly at this time.
Upon arrival technician found that the blower motor was not coming on. The technician measured the capacitor, capacitor is a 15 MFD capacitor. Capacitor has swelled, The technician replace the failed 15 MFD capacitor. System working properly at this time.
Technician found that the outdoor AC unit was not turning on. Upon further investigation it was determined that there had been a power surge which damaged the capacitor and wires. Technician replaced the capacitor and the damaged wiring. The system is cooling well at this time. The system is older and replacement should be considered in the near future.
