Originally, my appointment was between 10 AM and 2 PM, and I was told when I called at 2:30 PM that the computer was not working. The plumber finally came at 6 PM, and it took over 2 hours to fix the problem.

Restarted water heater. Flame sensor was slightly off.
Preformed 1/2” pipe repair and cut out section containing the valve due to minor pinhole leak. Installed 1/2” Ball Valve with bleeder.
Replace old supply line for whirlpool tub. With new 12 inch supply line. There are no more leaks.
Installed frost proof hose bib. Installed Koehler Mixer and SP kit for master shower.
Began inspecting condenser and noticed the coils were clogged, advised customer and she gave permission to clean. Cleaned the coil and made sure each component on the condenser was also up to factory specs as well. System is operating proper at this time.
