1. Augured upstairs hall bathroom toilet until clear. 2. Ran test on toilet everything is working fine
I ran my cable about 7 feet down the line and pulled back strands of carpet fiber. Drain is clear at this time.
Removed and replaced back bathroom water closet installing a new round front Toto Drake white in color 12 inch rough in toilet............. 2. Removed and replaced emergency shut off angle stop on same toilet ... 3. Removed and replaced kitchen sink faucet special order, installing a new delta gooseneck with side sprayer two handles .......... 4. Removed and replaced hot and cold emergency shut off valve underneath kitchen sink leading to kitchen faucet .......... 5. Checked basement utility sink sump pump everything is working good with the pump at this time .........
AC maintenance on AC unit two-year-old unit currently working good all the amperage is in good condition outdoor unit is good it’s 27° play notice Grove growing in the air handler told customer offered him a UV light went to pick up at our E Michaels and install the UV light UV light working unit is working good at this time
Tech replace 1 1/2 chrome p trap in main floor powder room. To stop the sink from leaking. Work is complete. Customer is interested in putting a ADA water closet in the same powder room.
1. Snaked third floor bathroom vanity sink with K 50 clearing the blockage within 15 feet pulling back a lot of hair in grease...... 2. Snaked shower drain in same bathroom on third floor with K 50 running 25 feet of cable clearing the blockage pulling back hair and grease .... 3. Recommended customer use bio clean .... 4. Psi 58
Customer had running toilet in the hall bathroom. Did a major rebuild on the toilet, replacing the fill valve, flush valve, flapper, supply line and handle. Replaced angle stop going to the toilet. Tested, no leaks at this time.

Arrived to replace canister for steam humidifier. Canister replaced and humidifier operating normal at this time.
Tech ran 91 feet of cable down main line. Through a clean out. Stoppage cleared at 79 feet. There was nothing pulled back. Schedule camera person for Friday 12/28/18 between 9 - 12. There is no clog at this time.
Minor rebuild on powder room water closet.
Installed aprilaire 700a. Returned today to install new saddle valve due the the saddle valve that come with the humidifier did not have the rubber gasket. Wired in outdoor humidity sensor. Humidifier is in full operation at this time. Thanks for your business!!

Arrived to find garbage disposal not working, and trap leaking. Removed old garbage disposal and install Badger5 1/2 HP G/D. Old disposal had to be cut out.
Condensate line for heating and AC unit was broke. my plumber ran all new three-quarter PVC pipe for the condensate line. It was 6 feet of pipe ran. No leaks
