It took 2 days for you to get to my house. I just wish if you could not do the job you would have told us and we would have used one of your competitors. Every time we called we were told you would get someone out here. We also thought your ads said that if you couldn’t get here the same day there would be a discount but I guess we were wrong. We don’t like to complain but we wish you would have just told us you were too busy.

my appointment was for 9-12 AM, after several delays My Plumber arrived at 1930 PM - finished installing akitchen faucet (I ptovided) at 2030 PM and charged me $341.00!

Erik was very professional and had a very positive additude. I would ask for him again if needed. The only problem I had with this service was the wait. We had an appointment from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and he did not arrive until 8:30 pm. We were updated by the dispatch on this frequently up until he arrived. He was tied up on another call. Joseph Smith

Brian quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to remedy the situation,and gave me advice how to avoid the same problem in the future. I was especially glad My Plumber has technicians on the weekend at no extra charge.

Installed new quarter turn ball valve to upstairs hallway toilet. Installed new fill valve and overflow tube and adjusted for proper flush.
Tech repaired a Delta kitchen faucet. The faucet was dripping when the Tech got there. The repair stop the dripping, but this is a temp hold. The work is complete and there is no leaking. No warranty on work.
Went out to customer house for hose bib repair but was on repair I did a new replacement 1-1/2 ball vave 1 year warranty was given
The water closet (toilet) keeps running. Tech did a minor rebuild on the water closet. The water closet is operating properly now. In the master bathroom, the shower keep dripping. Tech replaced the Delta cartridge to stop the dripping.
Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater in garage closet. Installed with hot and cold shutoffs, strapped expansion tank, water heater pan, as well as water alarm. thank you for your business!

Tested, functioning properly, no leaks. 1 year warranty P/L. Priority Club discount applied. BioClean upgrade added to combat buildup.
Shut off valve to powder room water closet wasn’t the issue but customer had already cut old one out. Stub out was too short had to do pipe work to have enough space for new shutoff. Customer had bought an extra fill valve as well which I replaced as courtesy.
Snake condensate drain K50 run whole drum.. run water from the water heater for 5 minutes no backing up.. drain normal .... no warranty on stoppage..
Home is under contract and needed miscellaneous plumbing issues looked at to satisfy inspection. Shut off valve (gate) had a nuisance drip when manipulated, tub spout (diverter) was slipping, shower head neck cap had a gap, master bathroom toilet tank was loose, and basement bathroom toilet bowl was loose. Tightened packing nut on valve, adjusted diverter, sealed neck cap, secured hardware on both toilets (Diag2 x2). Overall plumbing system is in good condition.
