Diagnosed and repaired in one visit. Zeroed right in on failed thermostat and even identified what caused waterleaks which caused failute. Now I need to find the leak in my roof... which you-all don't fix, mores the pity.... If only I had gotten a price estimate could have gotten this fixed 2 months ago. Instead been without hot water since October because the last plumber charged over $1000 to fix a leaking shower valve...

customer called due a flooded basement. Tony Simpson arrived and they have already sucked out all of the water from the basement, they turned the main water off and when I arrived, they showed me the area where they think there is pipe burst. I quoted to do a leak detection and had to open the back wall of the home where the line is for the rear hose faucet. exposed a section of the piping. it is cpvc piping. a section of the pipe is cracked. about 6-8 inch crack and at the elbow, the back side of the elbow is blown out. the back section of the elbow is missing. I performed pipe repairs there. and afterwards, gave it 45 minutes to an hour for dry time before pressuring the system. There was an emergency valve for the rear hose faucet, but it was only about 6 inches away. the pipe burst was before the emergency valve. I recommended I open the wall up high near the ceiling and I moved the emergency valve to that section of pipe to be able to winterize more o
