Tub and Shower Faucet

My opinion is about Jose Revollo the plumber who was sent to my house for service about a week ago. In so many words he did a great job repairing the tub and shower faucet and giving me information on HVAC and Electrical Services that your company supply, which I only thought the company did plumbing. I will need a Eletrcian later on.

Excellent Service

He explained everything thing in great detail and also pointed out other issues that need attention. He tripled checked his work and made sure we were 1000% satisfied. I will definitely hire My Plumber again and be sure to ask for Alex.

I had to call 3 different days before I was able to get service.. On the 1st day the technician never did show up.

Customer had a flooded basement due to sump pump failure. Had to pump out all the water out to reach the pump. Once removed, placed new zoeller pump with a clear check valve. Discharge line of sump pump has holes in it outside near the side of the house.Water Could possibly end up going back into the pit because of this issue. Installed customer supplied fill valve for toilet as a courtesy as well. 2yr warranty on parts and labor for new sump pump.

Tech had to tighten the drain line connections. There was leaking from all joints. ASR 2102WH. Everything under the sink is good to go. No leaks and everything is tight. Tech also replaced sterling stems for the shower in the basement bathroom. To stop the water from leaking and easy to turn off. Work is complete.

Furnace ducts & filter ok, blower assembly ok, motor FLA 7.2, controls & wiring ok, flushed condensate drain line/pump, supply/return air temps 51/69*F(18*F diff). Advised customer of findings and discussed Priority Club membership benefits. Customer signed up for HSP and will contact MPHC & E for dual cap replacement at a later date. Overall system conditions are good.

Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance x2. Inspected each unit indoors which coils were clean, blower wheels ok, capacitors within factory specifications, ducts ok, blower amps ok, attic system had a 20 degree temperature difference, and lower level system had a 8 degree temperature split. Lower level system recharged to factory specs. Each condenser coils ok, contactors ok, and capacitors within factory specs. Each system is operating normal at this time. Thanks for your business
