. Installed new sump pump.pump location is in rear door way outside.
Installed 50 Gallon Electric water heater and a PRV. Installed thermal expansion tank as a courtesy to sell. Customer had a loose toilet that was leaking in upstairs hallway bathroom. Pulled toilet and replaced wax ring and tightened closet bolts as a courtesy to sell. Adjusted master bathroom shower cartridge as a courtesy to sell. Installed outside hose bib as a courtesy to sell. Tested all work. No leaks and working properly.
