Snaked main line thru clean out downstairs 75’ Line is opened ran everything in house.
In the third floor hall bath. The tub/shower was staying hot. The tub/shower is a moen temp cartridge. And replacing the cartridge will set the temp back. The same work was done to the fourth floor hall bath too. There are no leaks and temp is set.
Installed new sump pump crock and gravel around crock. Drilled holes in crock Installed new battery backup sump pump combo system with marine battery and charger. Installed new pressure reducing valve in crawl space Installed new 3/4 main valve in crawl space Installed flow tech scale removal system above water heater Did complete major rebuild of master bedroom toilet New fill valve,flushed valve,tank to bowl kit and supply line. Also did priority club plumbing evaluation
