The service was quick and I am hopeful done very well. My concern is as a Priority Member, $40 coupon is on the website for Prority Members but not applied. I would like to have this applied to my bill. I believe 10 percent and 5 percent was applied based on $83.00 deducted from total. I asked for the FULL amount but it got uncomfortable. I did not want a confrontation. Request the Manager to take action and CREDIT my account please for the full $40 discount for VIP customers on any service. I also called and asked to speak with the MANAGER regarding my problem. Thank you,

Install warranty compressor for tran unit with tech Jesse W. Recovery the Freon and then replace the compressor and filter dryer and ran the nitrogen for leaks search and then run the vacuum to get 250 on micron gauge. Added 12 lb R410 to get proper super heat and Subcooling.
Upon arrival assessed job ,Recovered Refrigerant (8lb’s) factory charge .(12lb’s 1oz) once compressor arrived,found replacement compressor sweat,VRS -Rotolock,Repiped as needed,Replaced filter drier,pulled deep vacuum,weighed in factory charged,start and checked system
Replace old laundry faucet with new moen laundry faucet To stop faucet from dripping. Two 1/2” shut off valves install also. No leaks and the faucet is working to code.
Braided poly supply lines to entrance level bathroom faucet were frozen (exterior wall).
Replaced hot and cold valves to washing machine. Replaced Moen cartridge.
