Just wanted to say that Adam and Logan were awesome. They installed a new 75Gal Propane hot water heater. They were easy to talk with and they explained everything from start to finish. When they were leaving, I noticed one of them had closed my back gate and put back the board that helps keep my two dogs from going under my gate. As the mail lady was delivering my mail, Adam actually went down and grabbed the mail and brought it back up to my house. Never had anyone from a company working on my house do that for me. My only one concern which was not Adam or Logan's fault was the price of the hot water heater. I didn't expect to pay that much but was a necessary evil if I wanted hot water. Thanks again for a job well done!

I ASKED FOR A WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT AND TWO WERE INSTALLED ABOUT A FOOT APART BECAUSE THE PLUMBER DIDN'T HAVE RIGHT TOOL TO TURN OFF THE WATER MAIN. MY WALL HAS BURN MARKS AS WELL. I'LL BE TAKING PICTURES AND POSTING THEM.

Replaced the condensate pump and performed tuneup to the HVAC system as well, found the outdoor A/C unit to have failed electrical booster. Replaced the 30/7.5 electrical booster, cycled operations of the system, unit is on line at this time.

Repaired kitchen drain line. Cut TONS of drywall and cabinets to search and make repair. 1 year warranty. Didn’t charge to take apart dishwasher and cut ceiling downstairs. Did charge diagnosis fee to cut in the back of both cabinets to make repair.

Snaked kitchen sink drain 35’ with K-50. Line is open and draining now. 90 day warranty on the stoppage.
Homeowner had a new washing machine dropped off this morning. Laundry line was backing up. Cabled via stand pipe with drum pulling back lint. Cabled via clean out under kitchen sink 32’ pulling back more lint. Tested appliance under deluge cycle. Draining properly.
Performed leak search. Found three toilets leaking internally. Gave options for rebuilds and toilet replacement.
Installed new 40 gallon electric water heater with pan and expansion tank two years parts and labor warranty, six years manufacturers warranty on tank.
Upon arrival checked humidification system, found unit not working properly due to clogged up condensation drain line that was causing water to back up in the coil drain pan and overflowing. Cleared open the condensation drain line system, unit is on line at this time.
Replaced shower arm and installed customer supplied shower head. 1 year warranty on shower arm.
