Performed cooling inspection on two units. Checked inside and outside units, checked electrical components, checked drain line and drain pan and checked the charge. Noticed downstairs unit is low on charge,weak capacitor and burned contractor. Informed customer regarding the issues and quote him for Repair and options for replacement due to the age and conditions of the system and situation of R22. He declined any additional service and will think about upgrade.
Inspectors pointed out two issues due to corrosion. Repaired main shut-off valve and also repaired 2 3/4 copper lines. Turned water back on, tested for leaks. No leaks everything is working properly.
