A: 3 cables 4) Where did you encounter the blockage? A: trap 5) Did you pull anything back if so what? A: calcium hair 6) What type of pipe? A: 2” pvc 7) On septic / sewer if septic when was it last pumped? A: sewer 8) Where’s county/city main at? A: street 9) Was the problem on or off the property? A: yes 10) Is a Camera Inspection Needed? If so Reason. Make sure the Homeowner/Building Owner will be present at the time of service Ano Psi 40/60 chl 0 Snake m/b shower drain about 3 cables and get the line open everything draining fine Pull out hair and lot of calcium build up
Install new 1 1/2” p-trap for bathroom sink and replace “female thread” tub spout with diverter. 2 year parts and labor warranty Mold remediation company is on site and treating mold.
Installed customer supplied Kohler faucet in hall bathroom
Inspected heat ump system. Unit was overcharged. I recovered 7lbs R-410a
Upgraded well tank from 20 gallons to 32 with T and controls
Snaked shower through pan drain to a distance of 20’ pulling back hair. Snaked sink through trap to a distance of 15’ pulling back minor hair and denture adhesive.
Inspected mini split system. Found unit non operational due to blown fuse. Replaced fuses and checked system
