Corey diagnosed the problem very quickly -- it was not an inexpensive fix but you get what you pay for. I have a feeling he did a few extra checks because he told me he found no other issues. Corey also told me a couple maintenance things that I could do myself rather than calling them in to do it. He was always courteous and left his work area quite clean.

1. Repaired drain system in basement laundry room by snaking area way/floor drain with K 50 sewer machine running 30 feet of cable clearing the blockage removing a lot of debris‘s from kitchen sink system drain was backing up from laundry and kitchen sink, After snaking the drain tested the system by running water through kitchen sink and filling up utility sink multiple times and running for approximately 30 minutes also ran the washing machine and rained and poured water down the floor drain everything is working good at this time, however explain to the customer that Miss use at the kitchen sink garbage disposal will result and no warranty ... 2. Recommend that customer use bio clean enzymes .... 3. Psi 65
Psi 65 replace master bath water closet and clear shower drain 2 year warranty parts and labor on the toilet
Arrived to find customer stating kitchen sink was backing up and making noises. Pulled cleanout and watched water start try to backup. Snaked line with drop head 20 foot and pulled back alott of sludge. Ran water for ten minutes and everything is draining great at this time. Need to set up for camera to come out, supplied bioclean. Also need to return some time this week to install customer supplied faucets.
