1. Repaired water closet located in hall bathroom by minor tank rebuild , Replacing fill valve, coastal blue flapper, water closet supply line, and water closet tank lever.. 2. Repaired lavatory faucet in hall bathroom by replacing Moen 1225 cartridge, and replaced handle to same faucet as a courteous .... 3. Recommended and gave customer option on replacing both fixtures due to age and condition however customer stated that this is a rental property and they did not want to do replacements at this time ...... 4.
