Customer tried to install bidet sprayer to toilet, leaking in two areas, found fill valve stripped, installed new fill valve, and reinstall Biden sprayer as a courtesy.
Psi 60 Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater 10 year parts and labor warranty and tank warranty Installed new isolation valves and water heater pan Installed new expansion tank and strapped 2 year parts and labor warranty Installed new pressure reducing valve and gauge 2 year parts and labor warranty Installed flow tech scale removal system 2 year parts and labor warranty Also collected full finance of remaining sewer work.
Chemically cleaned condenser coil, replaced capacitor. System is in good working order.
Replaced failed master bath faucet with new moen faucet with pop up assembly.
Customer stated she dropped lipstick down toilet, tried angering it, didn’t work, removed toilet, found it jammed in the toilet, I was able to shake it free and remove it. Put on new wax ring and reset toilet.
Found the defrost board miswired. Pressure switch jumped out. Breaker trips intermittently.
Had to trace line where leak was coming from from rear hose bib. Also had to cut open a pretty big hole to replace hose bib in Sheetrock. Found old hose bib froze and split do to not winterized correctly Installed new 8” rear hose bib Filled and tested for leaks.

Replaced leaking disposer with new disposer. Tested 2 year warranty Replaced old toilet in basement with new toilet. Complete with wax ring,bolts and supply. 2 year warranty Upon pulling toilet found flange busted. Replaced old flange with new flange and secured to floor. 1 year warranty Enrolled customer in monthly HSP plan
Pop up assembly is leaking and seized to the sink. Had to cut it off to replace. Also customer brought to my attention the rust and corrosion on old water heater. Install new chrome pop up assembly.Also installed new 50 gallon gas water heater with expansion tank and isolation valves.
Arrived to the the home to find a hairline crack in front of bowl that we pulled and reseted in 2018.also found cast iron flange needed repaired or replaced and customer just went with the repair.used spanner flange for repair at a n/c to the customer and installed a toto drake Ada in main floor h/b.flushed with numerous of flushes and all tested good.2 yrs warranty on just the installation of the toilet and not with the cast iron flange.customer is aware of the additional cost in the future if flange fails.

We proudly stood behind our work and replumbed Pvc Cross. Installed separate wye connections for each side of stack.
