Service was completed in a timely manner especially with additional work needed after initial start. Needed repair and new system requirement was completely explained and discussed before service began. This, I believe, was a quality installation and it was a pleasure talking/working with Mr. Sosa.

Upon arrival Recoved Refrigerant,disconnected all components,Installed ,2.5 ton 14 seer Ac,and case coil,Replaced all components as needed,Leak checked,pulled deep vacuum,checked operation.Ac on line at this time.
Found copper 1/2 line hot side to master bedroom lavy sink leaking at solder joint. Cut out old and installed new 1/2 elbow and angle stop Tested no leaks bled air out of system
Found toilet leaking, installed new wax ring, also found leaking from tank bolts, replaced bolts, also found gasket deteriorated, replaced gasket, tested toilet at least 10 times, no leaks.
replaced voltage storage and distribution on outdoor section as well as chemically clean heat rejection system,run tested and returned to service ,also verified refrigerant charge and condensation drain operations, returned to service .
Found toilet leaking at the base, installed new wax ring, tightened bolts, tested, no leaks.
Snaked kitchen sink drain 30 ft cleared unknown.
Removed rotted 2 year old dip tube and installed new dip tube with valve.
Installed new actuators on front lobby right hand drinking fountain and back testing room area drinking fountain Both work correctly and set height of bubbler water. Both check good
Performed hsp plumbing evaluation. Found delta faucets were older but functioning. Anglestops were older but functioning. Customer has a sump pump in utility room and sewage pump in laundry room. While I was there I noticed upstairs faucet was leaking in master bathroom. Replaced with moen single handle faucet. Tested and everything is working at this time, 2 year warranty.
Install 50 gallon natural gas water heater with expansion tank. Also replace fill valve and flapper on m/b toilet and unclog as courtesy.
Cleared stoppage of tub and vanity branch line wi5 k-50. Sinks on a cross had to access pipe from behind vanity access from cutting hole in drywall. Due to clean out on tub the style of clean out didn’t not allow access with snake. Hit stoppage at about 15’ and pulled back hair and sludge.
Did minor rebuild of powder room toilet Toilet is about a year old New fill valve and flapper and supply line Also tighten nut on tank Leak test all checks good. Customer wants evaluation done next Wednesday 12-4
Installed new sump pump and check valve, 2yr parts and labor warranty
Master bathroom toilet had a siphoning fill valve and leaking angle stop. Basement bathroom toilet had a weathered flapper. Made homeowner aware that static pressure exceeds warranty range, and presented options including PRV replacement. Replaced angle stop and fill valve in master, flapper in basement. Tested all, functioning properly, no leaks. Discussed benefits of Priority Club with homeowner.
Arrived to replace failed furnace ignitor. Replaced ignitor and tested operation. System sequence of ops ok, all safeties and switches ok, 61F temp rise. System back on line at this time. Home I saw under contract and customer didn’t want to sign up for hsp agreement at this time.
