My well pump was pulling up iron sludge into my whole house filter to the point that it was reducing the flow of water. They came out in the rain and pulled up the well pump up to differ level and hopefully corrected the problem I was having. The gentleman I spoke to was very informative on directing me on the type of filter to use, how often to change the filter and chlorinate the water in the well

Installed minor rebuild on master bath toilet, new fill valve, flapper, handle,,supply line, took off 198.80 for labor as per Joe Leffler, because customer call Monday at 11:30, we didn’t get a tech out there, we rescheduled for today.
Pull and reset powder room toilet with new wax seal and closet bolts, also minor rebuild of same toilet with new fill valve and flush seal.
Nut on supply line cracked while customer was not home for weeks. Water was constantly running from 3rd floor to basement causing damage on all 3 levels. Customer contacted Servpro while I was on site to start clean up process. Installed new toilet with new supply line upstairs hallway bathroom. 2 year parts and labor warranty
DUAL FUEL HEATPUMP. FOUND LOW VOLTAGE FUSE BLOWN. USED POPPER TO CHECK FOR SHORTS. FOUND TRANSFORMER HOT. RECOMMEND LARGER VA TRANSFORMER OR ISOLATION RELAY AND ADD’L TRANS. CUST DECLINED ANY FURTHER DIAGNOSTICS. EAC CELLS NEED CLEANING. SYSTEM DID RUN ON BOTH THE HEATPUMP AND GAS FURNACE MODE
Offered option of water treatment system and or pull pump up to raise depth to help address heavy iron intake from pump. Pulled well pump and raised it 10 feet.
Replaced faulty 30/50 pressure switch on existing well system.
