Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet.
Gas line passed inspection. Job is completed.
Did a complete rebuild of upstairs hall bath toilet. New fill valve, flush valve, tank to bowl kit and supply line Tested no leaks
Replaced outside hose faucet, tested for leaks, works great
Installed new 3/4 hsp garbage disposal on kitchen sink Filled and tested No leaks
Upon arrival checked hp system,found pressure’s off,checked further found .evaporator in need of cleaning,deep cleaned evaporator, reassembled air handler checked operation 85/320,system on line at this time
Upon arrival checked Ac/furnace system, standing pressure’s 160/175, odt 58* ,indoor temp68*, Found weak dual cap on Ac system Replaced as needed,system operational at this time.
Performed CPVC repair at 3/4x3/4x1/2” tee. Completed invoice step and walking to my truck when customer urgently gets my attention saying it’s leaking very badly. Come to find out the connection I made at 3/4” coupling blew apart. I waited almost 45 minutes before testing. Had to run to Ferguson in Spotsylvania to pick up parts for a PEX transition considering the lack of play in the pipes. Completed connection, waited an hour, test and all seems well at this time. 1 year warranty on repair.
Found quest angle stops leaking under sink,Replaced With straight stops
Returned to install warranty parts on outdoor section ,replaced defrost control and contactor ,repair shorted wires ,install control board and Tstat on second level ,run tested and checked operations,returned to service.
Psi well Customer has a 1” whole house sediment filter system that is 18 years old Also pvc shot off valve handle broKE
Upon arrival replaced inducer under parts warranty/ no labor warranty,checked system operating.system operating correctly at this time
Repaired 3/4” water line above hot side of water heater
Completed installation of 2” ball valve to isolate pool mechanical room. Reinsulated install area of piping. Tested Replaced basket strainer for bar sink near pool tables. Completed on left hand compartment of sink. Had to adjust height of drain assembly to accommodate new strainer.
