Psi 65 install bone round toilet and new valve and. Soft close seat 2 year warranty parts and labor is po parts on the call
Complete install of 50g electric water heater system with new isolation valves, thermal expansion tank, aluminum pan and water alarm. Installed 1” pressure reducing valve with new 1” main water valve Pulled and reset powder room toilet with new deep seal wax seal and new supply.
Cleared kitchen sink drain and laundry drain
Replaced 4 feet of 1 inch copper pipe in basement ceiling due to pin hole leak. Tested. No leaks. Replaced flapper inside main floor toilet as a courtesy.

Diagnose gas leak locations, have to reach landlord before any repairs can be made. Found 2 leaks in utility closet. At 3/4 gas regulator and gas valve on water heater.
