More was very knowledgeable and helped and actually did what I asked for: open up the water tank. Two previous My plumber staff did almost nothing and kept saying the water tank couldn’t be opened. I was very unhappy with their service and suspect we may have prevented problems, had they done their job properly. A big thank you to Moe for correcting this

service, unplugging a backed-up kitchen sink drain by snaking out the drain line, , was done a few hours after I called. Moe Alarab was competent and proficient in performing the service. Price o $555 was something of a sticker shock, higher than previous similar instances.

Installed new Wilkins Zurn 975XL2 Backflow Preventor for courtyard Water Feature.
Replaced failing Kohler Cartridges for main level master bath shower and for 2Nd floor hall bath valve. Sealed with silicone around trim plate. Do not use for 24 hours
Powder room toilet leaking from tank to floor. Install new elongated Toto Drake toilet with new supply line.
Psi 60 chl - Replace shut off valve for the toilet in the m/b and install c/s flush valve

I cut out drain and removed stoppage. I removed water from secondary drain. System is clear and operational.
Customer concerned about water appearing on basement floor. Found water stains of sub flooring directly under kitchen directly under wet spot on basement floor. Went upstairs to kitchen and found hot side valve leaking into cabinet below, ruining cabinet base and seeping through to basement. Replace valve. 1 year warranty
Psi 65 chl - Leak from the waste and overflow cover plate the tub is rusted out from the front and back of the cover plate put caulking on the front temporarily fix customer need new tub Also handle and tub spout not original with the faucet t/s tub spout not straight and got a gap from the wall also handle is acrylic not metal also pipe on the back for the tub spout is propress and one joint is not made Redo the pipe straight and put new tub spout and handle ASR 1811141107RCA

Did minor rebuild in the m/b and replace angle valve also did minor rebuild in the kids toilet 2 floor
1903221809JBB...1903221809JBB... Arrived to complaint of water coil solenoid not activating when called for. Found that system was wired incorrectly. Found wiring for solenoid on y1 and c terminal at furnace board. Wired to y/y2 and c and tested operation. Solenoid opens and closes now when called for. System back on line at this time.
