Had to dig down 2ft to replace section of clean out
Replaced fill valve,flush valve,handle,tank to bowl gasket kit and supply to basement toilet. Replaced shutoff valve to same toilet
Did a minor rebuild or hall bath toilet. New fill valve, flapper and supply line.
Repaired h/b and m/b tub and shower so hot and cold supply to both showers is functioning properly. Installed new frost resistant hose faucet on front of home. Old faucet froze and broke leaking into crawl spece between home and garage.
Replaced fill valve,handle,flapper and supply to Non Gmax Toto toilet. Tested Tightened toilet seat as courtesy.
Install expansion tank on existing water heater. Also install 5/8x3/8” compression angled shut off valve for master bathroom toilet.
Completed evaporator coil cleaning Completed Airscrubber cell replacement Tested ops All systems checks and ops are ok at this time
Found upstairs bathroom toilet leaking from bolts, bathroom sink with slow drain . Recommended major rebuild, customer just wanted bolts replace. Replaced with tank to bowl kitt, works great, also replaced supply line as courtesy, I couldn’t get the old one to connect correctly. Cleared sink by cleaning stopper

Installed new main shutoff and new shutoffs for both hose bibs.
Psi 72 Installed new sewage ejector pump with pvc ball valve and new 2” check valve Tested works great 2 year parts and labor warranty Installed new high water alarm Tested as well 2 year parts and labor warranty All checks good. Also installed new lid. And caulked.
Replaced leaking disposer for left side kitchen sink. 2 year warranty on disposer and labor. Excludes stoppages and jams
