Installed customer supply wire on existing well pump
Repair cpvc line for hose Bibb in basement ceiling,installed 2 x access panels...1 year warranty
Install c/s k/s faucet and put new basket strainer
Replaced customer supplied well pump everything in the well less than 6 years old. Old pump was installed incorrectly from Micheal and Sons. Wires exposed rubbed against casing and broke. Installed customer supplied pump correctly dropped and wired up customer now has water.
Performed hsphvac maintenance on a Bryant heatpump. Filters and coil ok. Repaired the ez trap condensate system and heat system. 248v. 27 low voltage. The electrical absorption and distribution systems test ok. Heat pack needed. 7.5. Clear3d ez trap. 22 deg HEATRISE. Wall stat set to 69 deg. Forced defrost tested ok. Will contact cust about heatpack. Cust paid in full.
