The members of the NEW ERA were very professional, and excellent workers. I was very impressed by their work. They arrived ever day on time. They cleaned up every day. The owner, Danny Pen, gave me information on how and where to apply for a rebate. I was very impressed by Bill J, the HVAC technician. I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer my questions. The staff were very knowledgeable about the AC equipment that they were installing. They all worked together and got the job done.
