Eric and Billy were super helpful and professional. I was worried about a broken Sanaflow toilet system but after doing some testing and talking it over with them it looks to be working well. Talked about eventually putting in a longer term solution for basement bathroom too (I’ll definitely be keeping you guys on my radar for that). Also talked through installing water filters and how that would work so will most likely be calling back again soon! Great guys who were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

We will cut the 3/4†pvc and add a coupling then transition the pvc to 3/4†copper. We will add a new draw off. Called Service manager to change price to get into the ballpark of customers price of $400 and he approved to charge $400.
Sent Larry the estimate to replace a 75 gallon tank.
Customers boiler would not turn on igniter would spark but no gas coming out. Checked wire harness to gas valve and was getting 24 volts. Gas valve is sticking but got it open playing with the gas valve shut off. Customer will supply gas valve.
