Matt was super responsive, very knowledgeable and was communicative throughout the experience. I called him today, and he was able to help me today. His office was responsive with updates on his progress on other jobs and when he would be available. They called and notified on both a scheduled appt and what turned into an emergency appointment. My Old AC stopped running he fixed it and told me that it may be time to replace (definitely not new news for us) I personally had tons of questions and he was very patient. He was respectful of our home and covered his shoes while coming in. He tackled our situation in 2 parts, 1. Short term plan and 2. What we can do long term. We have a really old unit so the long term plan was super helpful. Overall, he was awesome!

Customer having issue with no AC in Dedham. Reviewed system. Compressor overheated. Cooled down compressor. Tried to start system. Would not start back up. Added hard start kit. Compressor ran. System low on refrigerant. Added 2 pounds of r22. Unit now running well.
