We've had multiple technicians to our house over the past few years. Matthew Girouard was the first and only able to final fix our boiler. He is also a great communicator and always arrives on time.

Installed new line set for central air-conditioning system that had a leak from construction.
Diagnosed that contractors while putting up a soffit put a screw through the refrigerant piping inside of the walls. Informed customer that new lineset would have to be run.
Completed maintenance on 2 amana air conditioning units. Systems were both running upon arrival. Checked through entire indoor unico systems. Tightened all electrical components, checked blower compartments for cleanliness and balancing. Cleared both condensate traps and tested safety devices. Condensate flowing smoothly away from system. Cleaned outdoor coils. Both units were chemically cleaned last season, systems only required a simple rinsing this season to remove major pollen. Cleaned electrical compartments and tightened all electrical. Checked refrigerant pressures to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Both systems running great.
Completed flushing and cleaning of boiler heat exchanger on Lochinvar boiler. Removed cover and washed interior exchanger. Flushed until water was clear coming out of trap. Cleaned flame sensor and ignitor. Replaced neutralizer with new condensate pump neutralizer. Put system back together and flushed the water side of boiler. Cleaned dirt collector. Performed combustion analysis. System is running very smooth.
Completed restriction repair for AC system on the second floor. Replaced expansion valve on indoor unit. Blew nitrogen through both sides of system. Pressure tested to factory specification of 150 psi for 30 minutes. Evacuated to 529 microns. Charged system with 8 pounds of virgin R22. System now running 55/155 with SH 17 and SC 9.
Reviewed customers AC system with Nest thermostat. Found system was having issues with power wiring to thermostat. Concord AC system in Lexington not staying running. Diagnosed issue with freeze stat.
