I had a wonderful experience working with Mat and his team, Mat discussed my options, provided a timely quote and scheduled the Install. The install was convenient despite some winter weather delays and he was responsive to my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. He also assisted me in submitting the rebate form. Overall a great experience that I would recommend their service to anyone.

Performed routine maintenance on central air conditioning system
Technician diagnosed faulty wiring at thermostat and at furnace and at condensing unit. Technician corrected faulty low-voltage wiring. Technician diagnosed bad contactor requiring replacement. Technician also noted that 60 amp breakers inside of disconnect had popped and needed replacement, likely due to the contactor failing.
Performed maintenance tuneup on air-conditioning system. Checked refrigeration pressures and also cleaned up dust inside of furnace cabinet. Noted that supply ductwork in basement is totally uninsulated. Also suggest new system sterilizer to replace non-functioning existing unit.
Yearly air-conditioning tuneup completed. Checked refrigeration charges and inspected cleanliness of indoor and outdoor unit. Technician did note that condensate line was starting to discolor and kink and recommended replacement in the near future.
This estimate will allow us to separate the zones as follows: Master, 1st floor & 2nd floor. We will also seal all registers boxes on supply and return. Also replace all flexible duct inside the attic.
Completed installation of Bryant furnace and air conditioning system in Methuen. Installed better air quality products to improve overall comfort inside the home.
Install new furnace and air conditioning system. Also installed humidifier, ionizer, and uv lights. Surge protection was added to outdoor unit.
technician arrived to find water leaking around the draft inducer section. Diagnosed that screws on draft inducer on bottom were all extremely loose causing water to leak through the unit rapidly. Technician tighten the screws and the leaking stopped. Also cleaned up rusted areas to prevent further corrosion.
Arrived to find blower did not shut off when they call for heat had satisfied. Thermostat fan was set too off. Diagnosed that the Y terminal for air-conditioning had landed on the common terminal on the thermostat powering the unit and air-conditioning and activating the blower. Tech re-landed the Y wire to the Y terminal and tested functionality and heat and the blower turns on and off normally. technician also mounted thermostat to newly painted wall.
Performed diagnostic and cleaning of unit. Noted pilot was dirty, Jeff pulled pilot and cleaned it up.
Inspected carrier gas furnace. Operated nest thermostat. Ensures safe operation of equipment.
