Matt is a very knowledgeable and passionate professional HVAC contractor. When called, he answers the phone. We had both units in our two family house done with two different systems as per his advice. He explained every nuance of the operation and was on the job to supervise its completion. Performed routine yearly maintenance on air-conditioning systems. Everything checks out great!
Performed yearly routine maintenance on air-conditioning system.
Completed tuneup on 2 Goodman furnaces in Newton. Checked full system operation.
Installed new variable speed condensate pump on unit. Tested with full bottle of water. System fully operational now.
Installed new fan blade on condenser fan motor. Set blade height. Tested system operation. Co presser running well. System running well. Set to 75 inside.
Service call for leaking drain pump. Fixed position of pump. And tighten o clamp. -aire
Completed Mitsubishi ductless mini split installation in Newton.
Second floor ac system was frozen at outdoor and indoor system in Newton. Shut down outdoor unit and ran blower for an hour to thaw coil. Once coil was thawed checked refrigerant pressures. Unit low. Charged system with 2 pounds of R22. Unit running 65/155. 8 degrees SH and 9 degrees SC. Also added some sealer tape along furnace to evaporator coil to help with air leakage.
