I met Matt Girouard tw9 years ago for maintenance. His professionalism brought us back. This year we worked with Jeff Chamberlain on the repair of our 8 yr old Viesmann gas furnace. This was a serious expensive repair and Jeff made it much easier to deal with. He was polite and courteous and explained in great detail what was going on. He initiated co;tact with a Viesmann rep to get the best possible information and diagnosed the problem. We had no AC so you can imagine multiple days of service in July is not fun. On-demand Hot water stopped functioning @ 7pm on Sunday night. Reached out to Matt via Facebook around the same time . He was at my house by 8pm that night . He came with foot booties, gloves and a face mask for everyone’s protection (COVID-19). He was able to get the heater functioning till parts came in that Tuesday. Parts came in they installed and I’m happy to report the hot water heater is working flawlessly. Nextgen takes care of all my Hot water, furnace and split AC system maint and repairs . I’ve been using them for several years and have had nothing but great experiences. Keep up the great work!

I had a few issues with my heating unit. Every time I called and had someone come out to service my unit, from the receptionist to the technicians, all where extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I had a few technicians and all where very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend NGA

Replaced draft inducer, gas valve, wiring harness, code chip, and control board due to short of 1 time fuse in circuit. started unit up boiler temp reached 160 and domestic hot water tank reached 125 and satisfied. the boiler shut off. Tech ran the hot water and it ran nice and hot.
Technician diagnosed faulty fan motor and blown run capacitor. Technician also noted that refrigeration charge was very low. Technician replaced fan motor and capacitor and critically charged unit.
Replaced dirty worn out flame sensor and igniter on Renni tankless hot water heater. Tested functionality multiple times and unit lit and heated water correctly. Technician noticed temperature set at 104 which is slightly lower than normal for domestic hot water. If customer notices they want more heat during showers or dishes, turning it to 120 is a standard domestic hot water temperature.
Diagnosed low refrigerant charge on Bosch heat pump unit. Performed nitrogen pressure test on unit and was able to discover small leak at suction inlet of condenser. The leak was addressed and tech vacuumed the unit down to 434 µm. Tech recharged the unit with 7.75 pounds of 410 a. Pressures were checked running in air-conditioning and heating. System is now back up to standard factory charge.
Replaced control board and hot surface igniter. Cycled furnace off and on via the thermostat five times with proper sequencing and ignition occurring on each relight. Also added two anchors to customers thermostat as it fell off the wall in my hand because no anchors were installed
Performed oil heating maintenance on furnace in Salem, NH. Replaced oil nozzle, filter and strainer. Performed combustion analysis and dialed system in. Furnace running very well from Ecobee thermostat.
