I met Matt Girouard tw9 years ago for maintenance. His professionalism brought us back. This year we worked with Jeff Chamberlain on the repair of our 8 yr old Viesmann gas furnace. This was a serious expensive repair and Jeff made it much easier to deal with. He was polite and courteous and explained in great detail what was going on. He initiated co;tact with a Viesmann rep to get the best possible information and diagnosed the problem. We had no AC so you can imagine multiple days of service in July is not fun. He never complained and stayed focused on the job. I’m glad to now be a part of the NextGen family and am great full they have our back! Thanks Jeff
