No complaints at all. The service is great. The professionalism is excellent, very respectful. Had to replace my 2nd unit and automatically I called NSG again. They replaced my first unit and was very happy with the entire process. Definitely felt comfortable and confident that they know what they're doing and every person I've talked to strives for excellent service. Thank you again. 😊

Last night my husband and I came home to a hot house. I knew we were in trouble. I immediately started looking for help/recommendations. NSG Heating and Air Specialists, LLC was the first and only number I needed. I told them our problem, explained that my husband is elderly and disabled. They were at our home within the hour. It was diagnosed and arrangements made for replacement the following day. They arrived first thing in the morning and replaced both our upstairs and downstairs HVACs in a day! Their pricing was more than reasonable. They source locally. Their employees are kind, professional, and quick. All these are perfect reasons to use this company's services. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Called for an estimate on Tuesday. Juan and Xavier arrived early for appointment. Discussed the job I wanted done and the price. Xavier Shows up with the crew at 8am the next morning and had my old 'Oversized 4 Ton System' removed and replaced with a 3 Ton system (Furnace, Outside AC Unit, and Evaporator Coil) by 1:45pm. Now, my lights no longer dim when the compressor comes on. Awesome!!

He was on time and worked quickly! The AC was running great again within minutes! Changed the filter, explained the recommended service schedule for my home and left his card in case I needed anything else.
