We needed a toilet replaced as ours had a crack in the tank. Robert Richard did a terrific job taking out the old and installing the new, and in short order too. So I’ll start by saying they went above and beyond to take care of a seemingly emergent circumstance. Their prompt response and through customer service from the scheduling agent to my provider met and exceeded expectations. Robert is an amazing service provider. He was so very nice, intelligent, even took time to talk about future projects. Not to mention my dog did not want to tear him apart, especially rare since he is a tall gentleman. Robert Richard of OHA installed a new kitchen faucet for us recently when our old one broke down. This was a same day service as I couldn’t get the handle to shut off. Robert did an excellent job, was professional, personable, efficient and is expert in his craft. We will definitely use OHA and Robert Richard in the future. We are very pleased.

Robert came out and fixed our plumbing issues quickly with a wonderful in depth explanation of our water system. He definitely went above and beyond. After OHA handled our HVAC and plumbing problems in 2-days, we signed up for the annual service plan. You cannot go wrong with OHA’s stellar service.

I will only use OHA for any plumbing problems from now on. What a terrific person Robert was with explaining the entire water filtration system and how to filter the water!! He manages his own schedule as well and sets appointments at the time of inspection. He projected two hours to complete the job, but finished in one hour. Great experience. Thank you.
