One of the outside wires for my AC got damaged. Anthony quickly assessed, diagnosed and repaired the wire. He took the time to explain the repair he made, how it connects and secured the other wires to prevent future damage.

Service 2 furnaces for safety inspection and precision tune-up, Systems are now operating safely. Replaced 2 air filters medias, replaced 2 AprilAire humidifier water panels. Plumbing service. Adjusted temperature controls on 3 shower valves. Set up tankless waster heater for recirculating pump to help with upstairs bathroom sink. Removed can lite in basement, reconnected wires to sub base and tested. Reinstalled lite and now is working. May have to replace fixture in future if lite goes out again. We will do water maintenance in spring during ac maintenance services. Client is a VIP service agreement member.
School plumbing repair and drain cleaning. Removed center toilet in east side boys washroom, power rodded drain to clear. Reinstalled toilet. Replaced vacuum breaker, spud and spud coupling.
Replaced condenser pads for A/C units, replaced exhaust vent .
Service A/C for season, will return next week to replace condenser pads and exhaust vent.
Commercial drain cleaning. Pulled toilet and successfully rodded in boys room. Flange was completely rusted away so I performed flange repair. After setting toilet it started leaking from the spud, maintenance guys said it’s an odd size of spud for a toilet that old. Since the toilet is very old and has a problem a new one is recommended.

Commercial drain service. Pull floor urinal and install new drain assembly and raise urinal so it is level with other two. Serviced two faulty heating controls. Found white and black wires crossed In transformer 4x4 box. I put the wire like the zone is wired in kitchen, I also checked the thermostat’s to make sure they are working. I recommend customer replace power heads in the IT room ceiling. The gym motor runs but the shaft to the valve doesn’t move this is telling me the motor gear is stripped out.
Check for cause of white dust on dressers in master bedroom. Humidifier set to blower on, humidifier running without call for heat. Changed setting and cleaned filter pad tray. NC
