Brennon made 3 visits to our home to accomplish what turned out to be a full replacement of our condenser. The first 2 visits were scheduled, and he arrived right on time. The third was unplanned, and he arrived as soon as he could. As I have come to expect from PDM over the years, we received high quality work. Brennon went above and beyond what was required, and everything was clean after he left. I have always appreciated how well the technicians from PDM communicate. They all do a great job explaining options and what they are doing along the way. I will continue to trust PDM for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Pete arrived on time. He asked me what the problem was and went to the basement to assess the problem and discussed this with me. He prepared a quote and after we had accepted, he began working on the leaking pipe to correct the problem. It took him around 1 hour to complete the job. He left the work area clean and neat.

My job required 2 visits because a needed item was out of stock at the supplier. John kept in touch and made sure I knew when he would able to finish. Then John did complete the job as soon as he could and I was happy with the result.

Water heater repair. Removed anode rod from water heater, replaced with galvanized nipple.
Air conditioner repair. Customer said the other day when it was really hot it was set to 68 in the house but couldn’t get past 79. Checked refrigerant levels and R410 was low. Added 2lbs of refrigerant to achieve 10* of sub-cooling which is accurate efficiency.
Air conditioning repair. Upon arrival no ac. Repaired faulty electrical system. Tested refrigerant levels. R410a refrigerant was at acc efficiency state. Performed air conditioner clean and check.
Inspected pool heater, spark wire burned, repaired and clean burners. Heater now working but suggest replacement.
House is overheating (85 degrees). Inspect and shut down heating unit. Advised relocating thermostat. Returned and installed new control wiring to new location. Mounted place system in operation. Also installed a new supply line to steam shower unit.
Apon arrival , everything is running and working as everything should. The unit is very quiet. Customer agreed the noise that they herd isn’t happening anymore. Refrigerant levels are accurate and the same from when the installation took place. Coil is draining and condensation pump is working.
Install new 15.2 seer high efficiency 3 ton air conditioner with a new matching coil. R410a refrigerant. Test for safe, efficient operation and clean up the work area.
Outside lawn faucet at rear of house split and needs to be replaced.
Carbon monoxide leak, inspect entire house including basement and attic, found flue not glued into furnace and also not insulated from outside, glued flue pipe and insulated exit on flue and fresh air intake. Provided estimate for chimney replacement and humidifier repair
Kitchen drain repair. Leak from right side basket strainer
Customer purchased a wrong color hot water dispenser/reverse osmosis faucet. They were ordering a new one in the correct color and also a hot/cold outside faucet for in the garage. Returned and replaced water dispenser faucet in kitchen, and hot/cold lawn faucet in garage with customer supplied parts.
Please remove times from invoice before sending. 01/06 Found leak in basement under shower. Inspected steam shower. Found bad cartridge. Ordered new one. 2.75 hrs 01/23 Inspected shower for leaks. Took apart all cartridges. Remove the carpet from the ceiling. Installed body sprayer Repaired hot water tap in kitchen - 3 hours 01/26 Continued leak search for shower. Opened the wall in the office. Found leak coming from shower floor into the shower cavity. Also found mold. Determined shower drain is too small. Not able to keep up with incoming water. Installed ecobee thermostatwith 3 sensors. Also set up customer's phone controlling device. Installed steam shower cartridge and tested operation. Drained house and installed whole house filter. 7.5 hours 01/30/2023 Install April Aire Rock, offset return drop 201 filter. Attempted to repair garbage disposal. Called tech support for extended period and they said to replace it. Install garbage disposal, move the wate
Pair of pumps back up system with maintenance free battery
Completed furnace clean & check. Purchased service agreement. This is the first visit on the plan. Recommend new battery back up sump system, estimate provided. Install 4 new Kohler body sprays to customer for free, water heater is a combo tank and in floor heat. The hose for condensate needs to be replaced 3/4” Id by 20’. Steam generator has clogged filter will order new one and have shipped to shop, whole house filter 10” blue needs wrench and gasket kit ....... will return when parts come in
