Brennon made 3 visits to our home to accomplish what turned out to be a full replacement of our condenser. The first 2 visits were scheduled, and he arrived right on time. The third was unplanned, and he arrived as soon as he could. As I have come to expect from PDM over the years, we received high quality work. Brennon went above and beyond what was required, and everything was clean after he left. I have always appreciated how well the technicians from PDM communicate. They all do a great job explaining options and what they are doing along the way. I will continue to trust PDM for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Pete arrived on time. He asked me what the problem was and went to the basement to assess the problem and discussed this with me. He prepared a quote and after we had accepted, he began working on the leaking pipe to correct the problem. It took him around 1 hour to complete the job. He left the work area clean and neat.

My job required 2 visits because a needed item was out of stock at the supplier. John kept in touch and made sure I knew when he would able to finish. Then John did complete the job as soon as he could and I was happy with the result.

Air conditioner service. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels, in accurate efficiency range. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Customer wanted annual maintenance service plan.
Furnace repair. Replace inducer motor. The inducer motor runs a fan which provides air for combustion within a furnace and also pushes the exhaust gases out of the flue.
Drain cleaning. Augered toilet in master bath to clear, did not retrieve anything.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit per annual service plan. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, and compressor amperage. Tested blower motor amperage and capacitor. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. They too were at accurate efficiency subcooling range. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Last visit on annual service plan. Customer renewed annual HVAC maintenance program. They will have fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 prepaid.
Install new 16 SEER Amana high efficient air conditioner system. Start up and ensure operating safely and efficiently. Recycle old ac unit.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Pull faucet cartridge and replace cartridge on master bathroom. Turn water back on. Everything is good. Also gave customer a price to sanitize well.
SUMP PUMP REPAIR. RESOLVE OUTSIDE DRAINAGE FOR THE SUMP PUMP. TOO MUCH WATER IS NEAR THE HOUSE. WANT WATER TO RUN FARTHER FROM HOME OR UNDERGROUND.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor capacitor and amperage. Everything tested in accurate working condition. Changed furnace filter. Customer provided. Installed new April air humidifier 700. Installed new 1/2” water line.Performed free inspection.
Clean, test and tune-up furnace for safety and energy efficient operation.
Water heater repair. Removed anode rod from water heater, replaced with galvanized nipple.
Air conditioner repair. Customer said the other day when it was really hot it was set to 68 in the house but couldn’t get past 79. Checked refrigerant levels and R410 was low. Added 2lbs of refrigerant to achieve 10* of sub-cooling which is accurate efficiency.
Air conditioning repair. Upon arrival no ac. Repaired faulty electrical system. Tested refrigerant levels. R410a refrigerant was at acc efficiency state. Performed air conditioner clean and check.
Inspected pool heater, spark wire burned, repaired and clean burners. Heater now working but suggest replacement.
House is overheating (85 degrees). Inspect and shut down heating unit. Advised relocating thermostat. Returned and installed new control wiring to new location. Mounted place system in operation. Also installed a new supply line to steam shower unit.
