I had a split copper pipe that was not easy to get to and PDM showed up and had it repaired within an hour. Very personable and caring.

Faulty main water shut off valve. Replaced main shutoff in crawl space and hot and cold water shut off valve for laundry.
Customer called about her drain backing up. I tested various drain systems. I could not verify water backing up in plumbing fixtures. I ran water for approximately 20 mins.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit due to annual service plan. Last visit on plan. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Those too are in accurate efficiency range. Tested blower motor amperage and capacitor. Both in accurate working condition/range. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Customer renewed maintenance program, and will have both this 2024 fall and 2025 spring cleanings prepaid.
Estimate cut in return grills, install new zone system and exhaust fan
AC maintenance. Cleaned and serviced condensing units. Tested capacitors,contactors,fan motor amperage and compressor motor amperages. Check all 410 refrigerant levels. In unit #3 in alley, replaced a run capacitor due to being low and not turning on unit. Unit #2 was low on refrigerant, added 1-1/2lbs of 410 to achieve adequate efficiency. Replaced all furnace filters. Order a box of 20x25x1 filters from Rogers for this job. All units are cooling as they should at this time.
Commercial HVAC service. Inspected 2 roof top units, return air is blanked off. Outside air is not plugged in on unit. Inspected exhaust fan, flex cut is not connected to anything. Will work up estimate on cutting in return grills. New zone system and exhaust fan installed.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Repaired leak in cpvc piping for shower.
Look at tankless heater. Found water heater is not vented and no drain on unit. Recommend replacing tankless heater with vent and drain installed. Or replace with standard 40 gallon water heater and rework gas water and flue vent wye. Customer to call Westinghouse to see if he can get it under warranty if they do that I told him we would quote install. No warranty on this heater from us.
Cleaned and diagnosed furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, and inducer motor amperage. Cleaned out drain lines. Replaced flame sensor and hsi due to corrosion. One visit will be used on plan and customer will have one visit remaining in spring.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Replace lavatory faucet and drain, replace tub pop up and over flow plate.
Water heater repair. Pulled gas burner to locate and clean 3 flame sensors. Hot water is flowing now.
