COMMERCIAL HEATING REPAIR. ESTIMATE TO REPAIR 3 UNIT HEATERS
Clean,inspect, reset to factory specs 9 Reznor unit heaters. Found faulty inducer assembly. The inducer motor turns on and draws combustion air into the furnace. This helps to make sure the gas is burning efficiently. VH-3 motor is seizing up. This can be caused by a variety of factors, including a lack of lubrication, dirt and debris buildup, or a faulty motor. Wash rack unit heater has a bad ignition control whose primary function is to light the burners. It receives a signal from the thermostat to start.

Commercial HVAC service. Fixed drain issue on furnace/air conditioning. Found customer line clogged at bottom. Installed Aprilaire 700 humidifier.
