Annual air conditioning maintenance plan where I cleaned, washed out, and reset to factory specifications. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, compressor motor amperage. Tested R22 refrigerant levels. Also tested blower motor amperage and capacitor. Everything is in adequate working condition, and refrigerant levels are in accurate efficiency range at this time. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Performed free waster heater inspection and tested battery life of sump pump. All are in adequate condition.
