				Boiler tune-up and safety inspection for a hot water boiler. Replaced the main gas valve and started the boiler.
 
				Toilet repair. The toilet flapper was warped and needed replacement. Installed a new flapper, and the leaking stopped. Everything is working as it should. Could not get a hold of the landlord, so I left her a message that I was going to fix it, and the office will call for payment
 
				Repair water pipe leak. Cut out and replaced 3/4” copper that was leaking. Pipe is in poor condition because the well water is eating it up.
 
				Steam boiler tune-up and safety inspection. Involves a comprehensive visual, operational, and internal assessment of the boiler's components to ensure safe, efficient operation and to prevent failures. Key activities include cleaning and calibrating controls, inspecting the burner for proper combustion, checking safety devices like valves, identifying wear, corrosion, and leaks, and performing combustion analysis to maximize efficiency and compliance with safety standards
 
				Bad seal on tub spout/ diverter all in one faucet…. Does not work properly and whole valve needs to be replaced. Pics in file and I will look up options when I get to shop to find something close that will work then generate estimate to give to customer. Customer said she wants pricing to replace new. Installed new tub shower valve with built in diverter for claw foot tub. Hooked everything up and all issues working as should with no leaks. I went over diverter with customer to let him know with this particular valve you have to shut the water off from valve in order to relieve pressure before putting diverter in down position or it will destroy the gaskets inside.
 
				Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. Tested all mechanical components. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Changed the furnace filter that the customer provided. Everything is in an accurate efficiency range and condition. Washed the system out with cottonwood. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Last visit to the plan. The customer sold their house and is not renewing at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
 
				Performed air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection.
 
				Provided estimate to replace furnace and air conditioner.
 
				Air conditioning maintenance. Cleaned and serviced the outdoor condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Found the capacitor completely empty on both sides of the compressor and fan. The system would not turn on at all. The contactor was extremely corroded. Replaced the cap using 45/7.5 and replaced the contactor as well. Cleaned the unit well, the system was extremely loaded with cottonwood. After cleaning, I checked the charge and found the system low on R410 refrigerant. Added 2 lbs of refrigerant and system sealant. Charged system to factor specs and 10.6 ° of subcooling. Customer signed up for maintenance program. Using one visit now and they will have one more visit prepaid for the fall season. Customer does have a Boiler system for heating. Replaced both return air filters that customer provided.System is cooling and operating as it should be now at this time.
 
				Commercial heating repair. Estimate to replace tube heaters 23 ft long includes burner.
 
				Commercial heating repair. Need to work up estimate, tubes bare cracked.
 
				New HVAC Estimate: Customer has a/c that drains into a stand pipe then into the floor on a slab
 
				Boiler maintenance. Safety inspection and tune-up steam boiler for the season. Flushed system and clean burner ports. Powered by liquid petroleum gas from a storage tank — not the gas mains.
 
				Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and continuity. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels and those too were in accurate efficiency range. Customer just changed furnace filter. The system is working properly at this time. Customer will have one more visit left on plan for 2024 fall season.
 
				Air conditioner tune-up. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested the capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and continuity. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked R22 refrigerant. Levels at this time are in accurate efficiency range. Reset to factory specification. Customer just changed furnace filter. Customer will have fall cleaning prepaid. Condensing unit is working/cooling as it should at this time.
