I recently had my semi annual maintenance performed by Rolo who happens to be one of their supervisors. While I can attest to all of their techs being great, I must admit Rolo was exceptionally thorough, meticulous, professional, courteous and congenial - always explaining everything thoroughly. Sam your technician performed a system cleaning and check on our A/C unit. Sam was very friendly, polite and professional! Sam did a very thorough job and answered all our questions. We failed to ask Sam about an issue we wanted checked before he started the inspection. Sam went back into the attic to check and made adjustments to our satisfaction. Sam did a 5 star job!
